Mia paid A Great American Balloon Company $350 for 2 weekday Hot Air Balloon tickets which allow them to fly Mon - Thurs from Windy City Balloon Port in Fox River Grove, IL. However they claimed that only "50% of flights in the Midwest are rescheduled due to weather", they didn't fly even once during weekdays after Mia's purchase of the tickets in 8/07 until the end of the season in 10/07, and yet refuse to give a refund. This is a record of Mia's struggle with A Great American Balloon Company.
